Observation

It’s often said that actions speak louder than words – they also speak truer and with more detail
This is something that underpins our use of observation techniques and ethnography to really understand what makes people tick. How this observation takes place depends on who and what we are observing but our goal is always to see as much as possible – without having an impact on the behaviour we are interested in.

Sometimes we do this in person, sometimes we use cameras as eyes, and sometimes we have people observe themselves – whatever it takes to help a client really understand the people they want to communicate with.
